A consistent carpet-cleaning program will extend the life of your facility’s carpet. When carpet is cleaned only when it looks dirty then the accumulated soil can break down the individual fibers making your carpet look old and prematurely deteriorating the carpet fiber. Therefore, it is important to have a periodic carpet care program in place.

Our programs are flexible and customized to your facility needs. We will remove unwanted soil and dust that builds up over time, remove stains and kill unwanted dust mites, giving the carpet a clean and fresh appearance at all times.  United provides the following services in support of your facility’s carpet care requirements: 

Hot water Truck Mounted Extraction  

The process of applying hot water to a carpet under pressure will separate the soil and remove the dirt and bacteria from the surface and base of your carpet. We will remove most of the moisture by leaving your carpets damp but not wet. This method is the most efficient in achieving desired results. 

Portable Extraction 

Used for smaller areas and upholstery cleaning. The carpet is cleaned with a small machine using hot water and an electrical source in facility.

Carpet Dry Cleaning 

The use of dry foam, dry chemical and dry compound is used to extract soil.

Carpet Installation 

Our professional carpet installation services include the following:
  • A full inspection of the floor in order to assess the floor for any imperfections that may show through the carpet or create uneven wear patterns
  • Measuring the full area and planning layout
  • Installing a tackless strip to the floor next to the wall
  • Installing pad or underlay
  • Preparing carpet for installation through roll out, measuring, marking and cutting
  • Positioning of carpet and using power stretcher to stretch carpet and then hooking it to the tackless strips

Carpet Repairs 

Our team of carpet care professionals will replace under padding and correct any imperfections that may occur to your carpet in emergencies such as floods. Carpet tile replacement and rotation are available upon request.
